Tere Williams, Founder/CEO DUB Therapeutics Inc, received a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York. As part of leadership at DUB Therapeutics, Williams has driven strategies for commercialization of sdRNAs and recently led DUB Therapeutics through its first FDA INTERACT meeting (December 2024). An alumni of the 2021 Science Mentorship and Diversity Program (SMDP) and the Nucleate Global Virtual Activator (2024), Williams has leveraged programming and networking opportunities to drive DUB Therapeutics’ accelerated development. Recently, Williams had the honor of being invited to participate in the 2025 ARVO Conference Bench-2-Bedside Translational Product Innovation panel held in Salt Lake City, Utah. A passionate advocate of education, Williams is active in science advocacy, science- based public health education initiatives and mentoring.
