Antonio Henriques is the Co-Founder and CEO of Momentum Therapeutics, a biotech company dedicated to advancing therapies for neurodegenerative diseases and combating aging. With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, he has played pivotal roles in business development and commercial strategy at global leaders such as Sanofi, Amgen, and Genentech. His international career spans Europe, Latin America, and the United States, where he has been instrumental in multi-billion-dollar acquisitions, licensing deals, and the strategic launch of blockbuster drugs that have improved the lives of millions across neurology, oncology, inflammation, rare diseases, and vaccines.

Antonio earned his BS summa cum laude in Biology from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in Brazil, a Master’s in Economics from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics in Spain, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. His diverse background and global perspective continue to drive his vision for innovative, patient-centered therapies. He is also the co-founder of the Brazilian-American Life Sciences Association, reinforcing his commitment to fostering cross-border collaboration in life sciences, and was honored as the recipient of the Young Ibero-American Leader Award by the Spanish government.
